Black Raven Pirate Ship: Experience the Ultimate Pirate Adventure in St. Augustine, FL

We had a blast. The staff are very kind. Drinks are decently priced. Great views of Saint Augustine and Anastasia island.

This was a great adventure and such great entertainment. I recommend to anyone with or with out kids to join this little excursion. You will really like it.

It was a wonderful and unforgettable trip. My family and friends celebrated my 60th birthday. I really liked the coordinated work of the ship’s crew—you guys are the best! Absolutely such a great time aboard the pirate ship!!! We chose to hit the adult show at night and it was the perfect choice! The shanties, the poems, the jokes all were on point and hilarious! The drinks were all made very well and hit the spot. The bartender was awesome and very fast. I highly recommend hitting the Black Raven Pirate Shit!!! There are times during the day that are family oriented and they rent out the ship for parties and birthdays as well. The captain and the crew were all amazing!!!

The Black Raven’s Rum Runner Cruise was a rum-bustious, unforgettable blast! The crew’s infectious friendliness and inclusivity made every guest feel like a true part of the pirate show and crew, creating a wildly immersive, high-energy adventure. Their racy, side-splitting jokes and rousing sea shanties had us roaring with laughter. More daring and controversial quips could only add to the fun! The well-crafted drinks perfectly matched the stellar pirate theme. Our pilot, Scott, was warm and welcoming, though we’d love to see him join the performance someday. The show left us craving just a bit more time in its magic. For the best views, snag a seat at the bow.

We certainly enjoyed our trip on the Black Raven. The crew were courteous and enjoyable to be around. The sunset cruise was nice and the prates were entertaining. This is a family friendly tour. We got there early so we walked around the Marina. The crew ship came in while we were waiting.

We took the 4:30 ride on Christmas Eve. The crew was great, and we had a blast! They provided some history, played music, and had stood fights with the kids. The bar offers some good cocktails (recommend the Blackbeard Mojito). They also had sodas and hot drinks.

It was a good time! Staff was nice and our 5 year old had a blast. My 3 year old stayed behind and I think that was a good choice but 5 ish and up is right on target for the kids version. Edit: After reading some of the other reviews I feel I have to mention for the kids cruise the worst I heard was "shut up" as far as language was concerned. Some "pirate fight talk" about "filling belly's with lead" or similar but nothing that made me feel I was putting my 5 year old in a vulgar situation. It is a pirate cruise after all. Now.. the adult cruise I cannot speak of but the kids was pretty tame in that regard.
